Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information NOVATECH (“we”) collects through n0vatech.online, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep collection to the minimum needed to reply to you.

What we collect

• Project inquiries. When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service, budget range and timeline you choose, your project description, and the time you agreed to this notice.
• Abuse prevention. A one-way keyed hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself), your browser’s user-agent string, and a spam-protection check from Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Emails you send us directly, and our replies.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. This site sets no cookies for analytics.

Why we use it

• To read and reply to your inquiry and, if you wish, to discuss and propose a project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our instructions:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Neon: database where inquiries are stored.
• Resend: delivery of the notification email that tells our team about your inquiry.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on the contact form.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep what the contract and the law require. Rate-limiting records are deleted within two days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@n0vatech.online and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
